I needed a dryer vent installed for my gas dryer (in garage, very long distance to travel to the outside) and part of my gas line replaced–Johnny and his team did a fantastic job at a really fair price! Johnny was the only plumber I talked to who recommended that I get a booster fan to help with venting and condensation build up since the vent pipe is way longer than standard due to where my laundry hook ups are in the garage. Such a good idea as it turns out!
The installation was well done, good materials used, and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Johnny was incredibly responsive via phone and email, and was on time for both the estimate and subsequent work.
I’m incredibly pleased and Citywide Plumbing will be my go-to company for any future plumbing work.

P.S. There was a small issue with the fan (a fluke manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Citywide’s work), and Johnny came out to replace it and fix the problem. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and quality of service.
