I have been using Johnny and now Tung for several years on rental properties I manage in San Francisco. They are professional, show up on time, and offer good solutions. Honest and good guys!

These guys are amazing. Not only are they punctual and professional, they respond so fast. They didn't have all the parts to fix my leaky shower handle the first time so they did a temporary fix and came back to fix it with the new parts. The new parts was only a few dollars and they didn't even charge me for them or for coming back the 2nd time. Amazing! This company is my go to company from now on for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

My shower was having issues and the temperature did not change with corresponding adjustments to the shower handle so I needed a plumber to take a look and fix it. I made an appointment and Johnny was punctual and quick to fix my shower.  Cost: 185 bucks for labor, 55 bucks for the two parts needed to replace my valve/cartridge.

My place had a few plumbing issues and rather than deal with it, we just did work arounds. Well, when one of those issues became a faulty toilet valve, it was time to get things done. Luckily Johnny from Citywide Plumbing responded quickly. We did try calling a couple other places first (thanks Yelp) but one was busy for the next week and the other wasn't able to come over until the next day. Johnny was prompt and came early in the two hour window he gave us. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for the three items I needed him to address. Unfortunately he was pretty busy too, but was able to come first thing the next morning to take care of our plumbing problems. We got our water heater leak fixed, our toilet valve fixed and he installed a new shower diverter. The whole time he was courteous and friendly, getting the work done very efficiently and explaining things to my husband as he went along. He wore shoe covers the whole time too which I appreciated. Nice to have someone concerned about keeping his work area clean. Hopefully I won't need to call him again for a long time, but maybe I'll start thinking about changing out that sink in my kitchen. Highly recommend if you need some professional plumbing help. Johnny's your guy!

I needed a dryer vent installed for my gas dryer (in garage, very long distance to travel to the outside) and part of my gas line replaced--Johnny and his team did a fantastic job at a really fair price! Johnny was the only plumber I talked to who recommended that I get a booster fan to help with venting and condensation build up since the vent pipe is way longer than standard due to where my laundry hook ups are in the garage. Such a good idea as it turns out! The installation was well done, good materials used, and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Johnny was incredibly responsive via phone and email, and was on time for both the estimate and subsequent work. I'm incredibly pleased and Citywide Plumbing will be my go-to company for any future plumbing work. P.S. There was a small issue with the fan (a fluke manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Citywide's work), and Johnny came out to replace it and fix the problem. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and quality of service.
